No.2 St James’ Gate Office Building, Newcastle upon Tyne

Construction of the final phase of this development on the site of the former cattle market in the city centre. Procured on a Design & Build basis on a very tight site, is this steel framed 82,000sqft speculative commercial office building providing entirely column free space over eight storeys.
Designed by members of the team whilst at Dewjo’c Architects.
